im stepping into the 21st century and getting my ssd tomorrow... along side a copy of win 7 ultimate 64bit for my gaming rig

i plan to start up my machine with just the ssd connected and install win 7 as a 'new build' i have one concern... on my current setup i have all my games stored on :H drive, when i plug these drives back in im not going to have any issues am i ?

i know it sa very noobish question and i know im right but i want reassurance
