You still have a couple obvious viruses in your log. We're you able to run Windows Update successfully?

Let's try this free online virus scanner: http://www.pandasoft...n_principal.htm

Well you still have some stubborn malware on your system, but I'd guess your system should fully boot in under a minute.

I'd bet it's still related to this entry:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nultttz] C:\WINDOWS\System32\zgblzx.exe

Let's try this free online virus scan again:

My MB might be why its starting slow. i found this review on the internet indicating that because of the functions on my MB my start up is slow so i am just wondering how may i turn off those functionst that i don't use?? help me ADIMN.

Strengths:
Very strong, stable and fast.

Weaknesses:
VIA chipset, too many features

Summary:
Again, like most ASUS motherboards do, the K8Vse deluxe meets everybody's high expectations.
It is very strong, stable, fast, expandable, and easily overclock-able.

The K8Vse offers extra features to users (more than any other board) with vocal POST messages, instant music, SATA support and VIA & Promise RAID.(No wonder why it's expensive.) However, this also causes the system to boot up slow. (It's better to turn off features you won't be using to speed up the booting time.) Also, never update your BIOS with ASUS' new EZ flash or their windows flash update. As you can see from doing a quick google search, large numbers of people have encountered problems. Just do your BIOS update the traditional floppy disk AFUDOS way.

I'm afraid that I'm not too familiar with this board. I'm sure disabling RAID support would help, and possibly SATA as long as neither are being used. Have you read the manual to see which features can be safely disabled?
