Can someone please help me with this problem, ? Every time I insert a cd, wmp is not responding message comes up also an error message says that the file I am trying to play has no media usage rights. This is with all cd's, then it asks if I want web help when I say yes it takes me to Microsoft with the error code COOD11B1 saying that I may have an audio problem, but I can play and hear music that I already have on wmp. Thanks in advance for any help I might be able to get
