Bit of a weird one, have a client that can open other people's contacts in outlook but will not add them to the contacts list on the left. Instead it replaces her contacts with theirs but if you click on the contacts option it reverts back to hers. Usually adds persons contacts below users but not happening for some reason.
Have recreated profile
Have checked permissions on users account she is accessing
Have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook on users PC
Starting to get on my nerves both the problem and the user
If anyone can help that would be great, but if you can't not to worry I chuck both out the window
