Downloading programs.
I use Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox for an alternative. Each browsers give me the same downloading errors.

That won't do anything! When I first installed Windows, I had this error... I just want to know how to fix it because it's been a whole month that I've had this problem. It still hasn't been fixed.

I'm confused...
I got new computer and it was doing it from the very first day and you didn't bring it back?
Is it still under warranty?
Did you try to reset it to factory settings?

Yes, it's under warranty.. yes I tried... but whenever I install it fresh it's still with the same error.

In that case, you must have some other issues, like corrupted recovery partition, or the drive itself.
Call your computer maker.
