Microsoft Access: OLE server error

When trying to create a Data Access page it comes up with 'The OLE server isn't registered. To register the OLE server, reinstall it.' I've looked at various solutions on the web, but none have worked. I have Microsoft Access 2003 and have also tried to do it on 2007, but I get the same error.

Anyone know how to solve this? Thanks.
