Internet disconnects after 10 minutes..!

Hello! Im having trouble with my internet as you can tell... it disconnects for only a couple of seconds before reconnecting.. you cant even tell when it does this when on the internet EXEPT when i try to download something the download will freeze after a few minutes depending on when it last disconnected. help please??
