BSOD tcpip.sys error Windows XP

Hi, please can you give me some advice,

I yhave been getting BSOD errors occuring and it says the error has been caused by tcpip.sys:

here are the dump files I have found:

It would seem to be your ethernet driver?

Try uninstalling, and reinstalling the driver. Also, check for any driver updates.

And let us know if this resolved the problem..
