My computer is window XP service pack 3. Today, i start my computer and it appear a bog note that:"This application has failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix thus problem."Later on, I find this website through google search and I saw Master J solution on this problem, but his solution is not complete and I would like to ask any expert in this website help me to solve my problem, Thank You...
