Not sure where to post this, but I wanted to get my computer to always boot from CD, since I made a Slax OS on the CD, and I want to get my computer running for lil' bro to learn on.

Specs:

Maker - Compaq
Model - 5333CL, 5000 Series
Hard Drive - 80GB UltraDMA
DVD Drive - 12x Max
CD Drive - 12x Max Drive with Easy CD Creator Software
Graphics Card - 32 MB Nvidia GForce2 MX
Modem - 56K V.90
OS - Windows XP Home Edition (Original)
10/100 Ethernet

Again, how do I always make it run from CD =D?

Hi Dark Player,
To always boot from cd:
1. Enter the BIOS. When you first turn your computer on, it should come up with something like "Press F10 to enter setup", along those lines.
2. Navigate to the Boot tab.
3. Change the boot order or priority so that it is; 1. CDROM 2. Hard Drive
4. Save and quit the bios.
5. Your computer should now boot straight into Slax.

Thanks,
Taomech
