HI

Tried to find a thread which might help but unable to find one.
I would like to add a program to my msconfig but no idea how it is done. Are you able advise or instruct me the procedure.

Thanks

In Windows XP ...

If you want a program to run when any user logs in, add a shortcut to the program in:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

If you want a program to run when only a particular user logs in, add a shortcut to the program in:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Hi

Thanks your response. I am still unable to get to D&S. Perhaps I should have mentioned that my OS is Win7 and not XP. The instructions from you refer to XP. Can you please let me know if they are different instructions for Win7
