So, F-Secure was the problem.

I will contact the manufacturer to let them know, as that is a program that I pay for through Charter.

In the meantime, I assume it is ok to go to the Startup tab in Msconfig and check the boxes I unchecked previously? How do I know which ones to check and which ones to leave unchecked?
