Outlook Busy/Free

I have been battling with this at work and seem to have hit a wall.
Trying to set up the busy/free service on our local server. Now we have two outlook 2002 machines and 2 with 2003.
The 02's can see the 03's and each others busy free info without a problem however the 03's cannot see the 02's nor each others.
Everything seems to be set up from the instructions i can find online.
This is kind of urgent as we want to have this feature up and running so we can pitch it to our customers.
Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in Advance.
