Avira under Attack!

My Avira wont open this morning and a window pops up when trying to open it: "Application cannot be executed. The file avcenter.exe is infected"

I cant uninstall and avg wont download. I also tried manual uninstall from WE but it wont allow.

Anyone else know about this virus and what to do?
