MBAM started running noting infected files,then blue screen

The blue screen message states

"STOP: Ox0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xBA631984, OxF78DE8B4, 0xF78DE5B0)

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical Memory dump complete

I tried to reboot in safe mode but it gets hung on disk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\Mup.sys

I did it a second time and it got past the above message, but then got the blue screen again. I also tried to run the last good configuration, but got the same blue screen.
