I just ran Temp File Cleaner on my Windows XP system, rebooted, and had no USB keyboard support. My USB mouse is working, I've tried toggling USB 2.0 in BIOS, used different ports/hubs/etc. with no luck. Any idea what drivers or settings TFC might have taken out to cause this?

Hi DVeditor :) sorry to hear you are having issues with your keyboard.
1st suggestion is a long shot but worth checking, does the keyboard have a sleep
button and if it has make sure it is not stuck in, if you have a PS2 adapter use
that to get into BIOS and make sure that USB legacy is on Auto or Enabled also
make sure that USB keyboard is also enabled.
