Hello,

The company I am working in is sending newsletters to a huge number of contacts. But many of the email addresses in these databases are not active anymore, so we always receive Delivery Status Notification Failure messages. Once we receive them, we usually take the address and put it in an Excel database (to make sure we don't send them anything else). And we do this one-by-one.

I was wondering if it were possible to do it automatically with a software: take the address and put it in a Excel database. I've been looking on Google with no success.

Thank you for your help,

Why are you putting it in Excel? Why not just remove the email address in question from the database and leave it at that?
