To the best of my knowledge the only real way to change it would be to reformat and re-install Windows with the User Name of your choice.

If "King Jesus" is the user account(the one that you see in Documents and setting) that you want to change, go to Control Panel > User Accounts, click the account named "King Jesus" and in the menu that opens use the option "change my name".

User account and computer name are not the same. I am a bit puzzled because the steps that you take are aimed for both.
If "King Jesus" is the user account(the one that you see in Documents and setting) that you want to change, go to Control Panel > User Accounts, click the account named "King Jesus" and in the menu that opens use the option "change my name".
I know that it is confusing but I'm really trying to explain it to the best of my ability. I have went through those steps already and it still will not take the KING JESUS off. Now all it does is say KING JESUS/BIGGUN it didn't delete the KING JESUS just added the new name to it. Then when I try to go change the names on the files that is when the error comes up!! It's not the computer name I've already changed but still KING JESUS still comes up on ecverything and if I try to change the name or delete it it will not let the error keeps coming up not allowed to change or move this file

You cannot delete a user account if it is the one you are currently booted into.
If you have created a new user account with the name you want, reboot the computer, and then choose to start with the new user account you just created.
Then you should be able to access the KINGJESUS account in C:\Documents and Settings, and you can COPY all the data to your own account.
Then go to Control Panel > User Accounts and try deleting KINGJESUS from there.
Good luck,
Krystyna
