hi .................hope im doing this right :tazz: ok i have windowsxp i dont jknow how this happen but i think it happen when my son got on my computer ....anyways now everytime i log on my computer or restart it the download box comes on wanting me to download nails.exe and i keep pushing cancel and it keeps coming back ;) makin me mad ..............i did spybot adaware and even tried to restore my computer to earlier date ......and my computer wont let me restore ........I NEEED HELP just about ready to call delll ;)

Try putting it into safe mode and doing those Virus scans again. Sometimes the program will be using a running process therefore it wont be deleted in the scans. Scanning in safe mode may help.

ok how do i put it on safe mod i knew how on 98 but xp i have no clue

As soon as you turn on your computer, tap F8 until a screen comes up and select Safe Mode
