I've found a machine at work, that only starts up after spinning up two times all it's fans. Could someone tell me if this is normal, or could lead to a later system crash? Or is there a solution, so that the machine would start normally.
It's an Acer Veriton T661 series machine.
Windows XP SP3
4 GB DDR2 RAM
Intel Core 2 Quad 2400 MHz
ATI Radeon HD4350 512 MB VGA
