I hope someone can help. I had a virus of some sort and couldn't get rid of it. It would go away as if it were gone then it would come back. I finally decided to try to clean during safe mode. It detected a few things and I cleaned it once again. I went to restart and now I can't get out of safe mode. None of the safe mode options work. When I select to load windows normally it will act as if it's booting up...go to my dell logo..then the windows logo with the blue bar all the way..then back to the safe mode page. It will do the same thing over and over. Has my computer crashed completely? Thank you so much for your help.

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
