Hi
I have a Packard Bell Store and Save 3500 portable hard drive. As a photographer, I store all my images on here along with backing up my files etc. It has worked quite happily for years. However, when I now plug the USB cable into either my laptop or PC, the message "one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it". As you can imagine, I am extremely concerned that I may have now lost all my files / documents and images. Could you please advise. Thank you.
