I have a problem with my computer it is windows vista, and I want to know how to reset my computer completely but i don't have a disk. Also when I tried to use it after 10 to 25 min it shuts down, and I recently bought anti virus and tried to instal it but it won't let me. If you can help me I would really apreciated. Thanks.
