HELP Cisco Linksys Router

I play Age Of Empires 3 online and the last few weeks I have been having trouble joining games. I will get a "Failed To Join Game" message when I try. I also noticed that when I play Call Of Duty MWF on my xbox my NAT type is on moderate now. I used to not have any trouble joining games, and my NAT type was open on my xbox until a few weeks ago, I havent changed any settings or anything on my router but everything I looked up points to it as being the problem.

The router I use is a Cisco Linksys model WRT160N V3. I know nothing about networking, but any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks
