IE or Googel Chrome opens mobile versions

Lately I have had problems opening some of pages online either Google chrome or IE will open mobile versions of these web pages and when I click on the link to take me to the main page it will refresh but keep me in mobile version, I tried resetting my modem and router and issue remains. Please Help

What do you mean by "mobile versions"? Which sites are these?
