Please help! We have recently restored our computer back to factory settings, while updating all add ons (adobe, jave, quicktime, etc.) my explorer started running slow. When i did ctrl + alt + del, i noticed explorer is using 50+ cpu at all times. I downloaded the malwarebytes/antimalware, it removed 14 infected files, still running slow. Several scans have appeared with no problems. Can anyone help me?

Thanks
Jenn
