Hi everyone.
I have a hp pavilion zx5000 series laptop which I want to connect to my sony 5.1 home theater model no. str-k750p. i want to watch dvd's (have a dvd drive) and listen to mp3 in 5.1 surround sound. I am using powerdvd at present and like the sound and stuff but then would like a cool sowtware like xp media center(which i can't use cause would need to buy a new laptop for that). i don't wanna watch tv on my comp or record any tv prog. just want to watch dvd and listen to music and ocassionally play games. at present i am using a cable to connect my laptops headphone socket to av recievers line in but then would want some more suggestions form you. please suggest a good software. used powercinema but doesnt work and thinking abt j river media center.
