Skin/S* help installing O_O

I'm trying to install a mod on my IPB 2.0 board and the document is saying to install skin_boards.php in folder Skin/S* but I don't have a Skin folder. Where do I put this?
Anybody that knows alot about IPB, that could give me some tips, would be very much appreciated.

Is the modification for IPB v2.0? If so, what mod is it/where is the link?
