I need help finding a graphics program for xp. I take canoeing video footage and need to be able to draw lines, circles, moving curves, etc onto the video footage in order to demonstrate certain maneuvers in canoeing.

I am currently using Pinnacle studio ultra, which does not do this, (I don't think). It is also good for adding layered mp3 sounds, but very bad quality for dubbed in mic sounds, any ideas?
