Need help with turning firewall off

How do I send and receive files on yahoo messenger? My firewall blocks files coming when I turn it off I still can't download files.. Help!!!

Have you disabled the built in Windows Firewall?-- it could be that which is causing your problem, not the norton one. Don't have 2 firewalls on at the same time. If you are sure it's norton causing it, open it and look for the list of programs it's currently monitoring.
