Hi all,

I am looking forward to buy a new desktop for Virtualization practice. I need a desktop where I would install windows 7 x64bit >> install workstation 7 and then practice ESX 3.5 and 4.

I'll be creating mutliple sites and then try VM stuff like HA and DRA etc ....

The configuration that I was thinking to buy goes like this

Processor -- i7-870
Motherboard -- DP55KG
RAM -- ddr3 1333 mhz 16gb
HDD -- 1tb sata
Video card -- dedicated 1gb nvidia card
Cabnet -- cooler master
SMPS 600 Watt

I have a word with my friends about this and they have different opinions. Some say that I'll not be able to create different Data Centers in VCS console and ome say yes -- I can.

Please advise folks if this is ok or modifications are required. Please keep budget in mind too :)
