Major Virus won't let me download anything

I have a major virus or trojan going on. I have tried rebooting to factory settings, a cc cleaner, and kaspersky. I cannot download anything without it being denied with weird error messages or it not downloading at all. I have no other computer from which to download some kind of program to aid me and I need my computer for my family and I to use for school work please help.
