Installing latest Bonjour HELP

I am very inexperienced with computers, and i was trying to install the latest Bonjour software so I can update my iTunes, but when it comes to the part in the download where it says

"Status: Starting Service
Service: Bonjour Service"

a message comes up saying:

"Service 'Bonjour Service' (Bonjour Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."

can someone please help me!!

I have no idea what i am supposed to do, i've been stuck trying to install this for a few weeks now.
