Sorry, I don't know anything about computers, but mine seems to have three main problems which I think may be due to a virus/malware?

1. It is much slower recently than when I first bought it - in particular when loading my personal settings and connecting to the internet.

2. I.E. frequently stops responding.

3. I bank online and when I go to log on an about:blank window appears for a second then disappears. This has only recently started.

I have carried out all the suggestions on the Malware and Spyware Cleaning guide and should be very grateful for any help you could give me.

Thanks again
