I am having problems with my laptop. I have installed Panda Cloud antivirus and it says it gets it BUT it keeps coming back. Is there something else I can do to get this off my laptop? It came in thru Facebook and I tried changing the password but still show up everytime I restart my computer. I dont know what else to do. I have AVG and Stopzilla but nothing is working. My son told me to download microsoft essenticle but it wont go thru all the way it wont update says it isnt connected to the internet when it is.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
