I have a inspiron 1525 laptop with windows vista. I opened what I thought was a video from a friend on facebook and now I have this trojan. even though I have run Panda Cloud and it has caught it it stil keeps showing up. some say deleted but others dont. My computer is freezing up on me and am having to reboot and when I do all my desktop icons arent there. It says it is inC:/users/Debbie/jnana/ofex.exe
Please need some help here as I am not good at removing these things or even knowing how to start to look for them.
