Call of Duty 2 Won't Install

I decided to reinstall CoD 2 today. It uninstalled fine (I was having some problems with it before, but that's all taken care of) earlier, but when I run the setup.exe, the "Call of Duty 2 is preparing the InstallShield Wizard" Box and all the bars go across, the wizard freezes. There is a tab in the taskbar for it, but nothing appears on screen. Nothing appears when I right-click. Task Manager says the program is not responding... Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Attached Picture shows Task Manager and taskbar.)
