Sorry new to this. I accidently deleted arc soft from my programs and I believe that program runs my cd rom.
When I go to the device manager I get and error39 and it says the driver is missing. Is there a way to reinstall arcsoft or if I reinstall the driver will that fix the problem.
Thanks

The drivers to run CD roms are built into windows. Open device manager and expand DVD/CD rom drives. Right click the driver(s) and uninstall it. Reboot and let windows install the drivers afresh. Please report the results.
