I'm applying for a work at home job that requires the voip to be tested at this site http://www.haquality.convergys.com . The test requires a minimum of 4 but I can't get higher than 3.8 . Here is a screenshot of the results. My isp is Roadrunner. I've had a tech come out who checked the line and modem and said everything is in spec. Any ideas what to look for?

Now I'm baffled. I ran this test http://voiptest.packet8.net/ which showed voip at 4.2 . Then I did original test and it has voice quality at 4.2 but conserved bandwidth is still 3.7 .

Just retested again and now both are solidly in the green. Voice quality 4.3 and conserved bandwidth 4.0 . What the ???

It may also be related to the time of day and the traffic at that time in your area online.
