I'm new to the forum and I would like to say hi to all before I jump in and ask for help so HI :D

I have a problem each time I open a folder to view photos I get an error it's an 0xc000005 in windows explorer sometimes it will be upon opening one photo other times I can view about 10 photos then it appears. I have installed hijack this and would appriciate some help with the log file as I fear ther may be something there that should'nt be there here's the file, Many thanks for any help on this

Hi Spyware Dr and thanks for the reply. I have deleted the file and I still get the error on the initial error report the "send don't send " it mentions a dmp4.dll is this the problem ?

Update on this error I have deleted Real player from the system and all registry entries and it appears to have cured it. I'll run with it for a few days and see if that's it done
