Removing PC programmes

Sorry, I'm not sure of this is in the right section

I've random programmes on my PC that I have never installed so have no idea where they came from. When I try and uninstall them I get this ..

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get rid of them?

I'm also thinking about selling my PC. Where can I buy the disk to re-store all my pc (Acer)
