When I click download now button for critical updates nothing happens!
Microsoft should add another link for use this button if download now does not start?

Steady now - the problem may be at your end. Even though the link is on a web-page, it relies on your browser settings for it to work. For example, some links rely on pop-ups being allowed, while others need ActiveX to be allowed in your security settings.
