Unable to DL or Install Malwarebytes

I noticed my computer was infected with some kind of spyware the other day when I opened it and found this site with the thought that I may follow the rules you guys have here to try and clean my PC up a bit, but unfortunately I can't. So far I've tried the following :

DL TFC and cleaned up my temp files
DL'd ERUNT and backed up my Registry

But when I get to where I have to download Malwarebytes, I cant even get on the site, so I tried downloading it from Downloads.com and then I couldnt get it to run or stay open.

Any thoughts ?
