Trojan Has infected a dll file help

I got a trojan the name is Trojan Horse Generic 19.AEFE it has infected a dll file location is c:\WINDOWS\mfctsx.dll im using avg i can put it in the virus vault but when i do that i get a error on computer loadup about the mfctsx.dll file and it brings up another box with a retry button and a go, to tab is there anyway i can get rid ov this virus and the startup error message also it stops me from using malwarebytes.
