Hi, i am wondering if the G.Skill RAM will work with a Asus Crosshair IV Formula motherbored and AMD Phenom II X6 CPU

G Skill makes RAM that works with just about everything. The best way to tell for sure is to check this RAM configurator from G Skill. You didn't say which RAM modules you're looking at, so it's kinda' hard to tell. That link should show you everything that you need
