To make a long story short, the printer says that it is connected to my computer, and is able to view my network information, but my computer is telling me that the printer is offline. Yes, the printer is turned on.

When I try to do a test print in Microsoft Word, my printer is available in the list, but it's offline.

How can I "activate" my printer on my computer?
