The CD boots up fine, loads drivers and then I get the BSOD. It advises me to check BIOS for shadowing and lists the pci.sys file. Has anyone seen this before?

I got the ISO file for the CD online, but could it be it's outdated? My machine is a Dell D620 with Windows XP, either SP2 or SP3. I bought the laptop from a private party.
