Windows XP service pack 3

Hello,

I was using Trend Micro's diagnostic tool kit to get a debug log. The instructions were to open the folder to get the log in the archive directory. I extracted all the files even when it didn't instruct me to do so. I did it because I was curious what would happen. Now I'm panicked. How to I return all those files on the desktop to where they were originated?

Hopefully someone can help me.

Thank you
