Well as far as I know, all you have to do is go into your Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > Windows Messenger > Remove
And if for some reason that doesnt work, try going into Windows Messenger and going to your Options and finding where it asks you if you would like it to sign in automatically or not. You should just be able to uncheck the box.
