can anyone tell me how i can get into my computer as my daughter who is the administrator for all users has forgot her password and none of us can use the computer. what a nightmare!!!! do we have to reset computer and if so how do we do that since we cannot get into our username accounts?? do we use the reboot cds that came with the pc and then i would lose all the stuff currently stored on it.

any help on this is much appreciated.

i think in future i will be the administrator as my daughter cannot be trusted to remember anything!!!!
